Soul Embodiment is a guided journey into the patterns shaping your relationships, sexuality, boundaries and sense of self. Through Shadow Work, somatic exploration, trauma-informed learning and spiritual reflection, you investigate what keeps repeating and create space for more conscious choices.
Guided by Maria, menstrual therapist, somatic facilitator and practitioner of embodied and spiritual self-awareness, this journey integrates relational inquiry, personal shamanic astrology, Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), and accessible education about hormones, neurotransmitters and the nervous system.
What we explore
Shadow Work & power dynamics: recognise recurring patterns, protective strategies, manipulation and harmful behaviours normalised by society.
Boundaries & consent: strengthen your ability to communicate your needs, honour your limits and respect the autonomy of others.
Sacred Sexuality: explore intimacy, desire, pleasure, vulnerability and embodied autonomy at your own pace.
Deconditioning Love: question beliefs that associate love with self-sacrifice, control or fear of abandonment, and practise connection rooted in reciprocity, accountability and freedom.
Somatic exploration & spiritual clearing: develop body awareness and explore practices for releasing internalised expectations and reconnecting with your sense of agency.
Neurochemistry & hormonal wisdom: explore a different neurotransmitter each week alongside relevant hormones, learning how sleep, nourishment, movement, stress management and connection can support general wellbeing.
Spiritual inquiry & integration: work with personal shamanic astrology, meaningful rites of passage, simple soul-reclamation exercises and a personalised SRT session, followed by a written report for reflection and integration.
8-weeks of Cacao supported nourishment
Throughout this journey, we will work with AYA Pacha Cacao's eight current blends, exploring one blend per week as part of your personal ritual and reflection practice.
Your journey includes 1 kg of Cacao in total, thoughtfully incorporated into this eight-week experience of reconnection and re-nourishment. You'll receive a surprise bag which carries them all for your practice of surrender & letting go of control, among others.
Each weekly blend offers an opportunity to create a pause, cultivate presence and deepen your relationship with your body and inner experience. Cacao is offered as a companion to reflection and ritual, not as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

This is a consent-led, trauma-aware process. You remain in choice throughout and may pause or decline any practice. No intimate disclosure or unwanted exercise is required.

My Healing path began inside my Womb, first coaching women into the Feminine Mysteries, expanding to couples and then coaching men through their embodiment of Feminine and Masculine energies.
Experiencing a childhood of profound disconnection was my initiation. At 5 years old as the daughter of a single mama who decided to migrate early on, a teenager of continuous depression, my Spiritual call has continuously been my healing. I believe that our humanity has the full potential to evolve by consciously working with Master Plants, Weeds and Ancestral traditions. Shamanism provides an organic and grounded space to explore our spiritual nature as we remember our Oneness.

I've found the Shamanic healing is very unique from other types of body/mind healing, because it uses an alternative state of consciousness to enter the invisible world, which are the spiritual, emotional, mental, mythical, archetypal and dream work.
