AYA 🌺 Pacha Cacao Art Blocks

Cacao as Art. Ancestry as Alchemy.

Every AYA Pacha Cacao is single-estate or single-origin, sourced from forest landscapes and exclusively Fino de Aroma, honouring the exceptional cacao heritage of Ecuador and the living ecosystems in which these precious trees grow.

Our Cacao paste is ceremonially honoured throughout every step of its co-creation journey. From the lower lands at the end of the Andes, surrounded by citrus trees and diverse agroforestry, each origin carries its own expression of place. Depending on the estate and harvest, you may discover notes shaped by the forest, soil, climate, surrounding botanicals, and the mastery of the post-harvest process.

This is where the bitter tonalities of ancestral Cacao are carefully transformed through fermentation, drying, roasting, & hand treatment, revealing the natural aromatic complexity held within each seed.

When the Cacao arrives at our Shamanic Cacao Laboratory, the transformation continues through a deliberate ceremonial process. We begin by calling in the sacred elements of life. Grandfather Fire awakens to gently roast the seeds, honouring the ancestral memory carried by the Cacao and the generosity of Pacha Mamita.

From seed to paste, and from paste to art, each block is then hand-molded into a unique design, celebrating the relationship between human hands, ancestral knowledge, botanical intelligence, and Mother Earth.

No two pieces are exactly alike.

Each Art Block carries the character of its origin and the imprint of the hands that shaped it, a tangible expression of traceability, artistry, reciprocity, and Medicinal Cacao alchemy.
